USER AGREEMENT
I have read and understand the Columbus School District's Family Information Network (C-FIN) User Agreement. I agree to follow the rules contained in the Agreement. I understand that if I violate the rules, my access privileges may be revoked and I may face other consequences as stated in the Agreement. I understand that I have no expectation of privacy in the use of the School District equipment, technology, and Internet services.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Columbus School District, its employees and agents, against all losses, damages, monetary awards and expenses, including all costs and attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with any and all claims of negligence on the part of the School District, its employees and agents, brought by the Participant, his or her heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives, for any injury, death, illness, disease, or damage to property, arising from or connected with participation in the activities designated in this User Agreement. The indemnification and hold harmless agreement does not include losses, damages, monetary awards and expenses as a result of the intentional and reckless acts of the School District, its employees and agents.
