Cocaine

Other common names include: Blow, Nose Candy, and Snowball (also refer to heroin). Other common terms used with cocaine are Horn (inhaling cocaine), Bingers (crack addicts), Oolies (marijuana laced with cocaine), Tornado (crack) and Wicky Stick (PCP, marijuana, and crack).

Cocaine is a white powder that can be snorted, smoked or injected. Because it is so expensive, it is used in small amounts to make a less expensive, much more dangerous drug-Crack. Using cocaine causes increased blood pressure, restricts blood vessels, and increases body temperature and heart rate. For these reasons, using cocaine can lead to heart attacks and seizures. People who use cocaine say it gives them a feeling of having more energy. They also feel restless, anxious, and irritable. When the high is over, however, they become depressed. Users often have breathing problems, runny and or bloody noses, and chest pain. Cocaine is very powerful and addicting.
