Some of us are lucky and our children practically toilet train themselves. Others of us have mastered the art of slowly cutting away the rubber part of their precious NUK until all that's left is the hard plastic, rendering it next to impossible to suck on. Unfortunately not all early childhood dilemnas can be fixed with a good pair of scissors or a firm command to ''stand in front of the toilet and sink the Cheerios.''
