Mission: The Columbus Family Information Network (C-FIN) is a web-based resource that is personally and locally relevant to the needs of families within the Columbus School District. Columbus Family Information Network is a website where parents can get information on various youth/family related topics and where they can identify and contact local resources. By helping parents, it is hoped this resource will assist in having students that are academically prepared to make informed life and career decisions as caring and responsible citizens.
Vision: The Columbus Family Information Network (C-FIN) will assist parents with useful information about parenting, alcohol and drug abuse, learning needs, and mental health issues. C-FIN contains downloadable documents/articles, links to other helpful websites, a lending library for parent resources, links to contact area service providers, web-based parenting programs and the ability to have confidential questions on various youth topics answered by qualified professions.
